Read moreBrief Description: Over a total 14 week period, acting in the capacity of Principle Contractor, KpH Deconstruction carried out Strip Out and Enabling works at 9 Devonshire Square in London, working on behalf of our client Nuveen/WeWork. The building remained live throughout the duration of the refurbishment works, which took place on Levels 1, 2 and 5. Due to the building being occupied, noise monitoring was carried out and constant liaison with neighbours and security ensured smooth progression of works without incident.
