Experienced Demolition Strip Out Operatives and Skilled Labourers required for new and on-going large projects in and around London with an immediate start.

Candidates will join experienced teams of Strip Out Operatives and Managers.

Requirements

Operatives will be required to:

adhere to site and company rules;
have a positive attitude for work;
be reliable;
be trustworthy;
work within a team and be respectful of others at all times.

Qualifications

To start work Operatives and Labourers must have:

Valid CSCS NVQL1 Card;
Asbestos Awareness.

Site Supervisors / Managers

KpH Deconstruction are looking for experienced SSSTS/SMSTS Site Supervisors for Demolition Strip Out projects in and around London.

Required Experience and Responsibilities

Minimum 5 years Site Supervision/Management experience delivering strip-out projects.
Hardworking and driven to push projects through.
Working and liaising with Clients, Operation Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure projects run to programme.
Management of Site Team and Sub-Contractor trades.
Site Health & Safety.
Electronic Paperwork including Site Diaries, RFI’s, Validations, Isolation’s and Waste Transfers.
