KpH as a Sub-Contractor

We can tailor ourselves to the needs of a project by acting as a Sub-Contractor to a Main Contractor in a wide variety of buildings and locations. Please find below some examples of the Main Contractors we work alongside to fulfil their Strip Out and Enabling needs.

We are fully compliant with all our Client’s Health, Safety and Welfare requirements; consistently achieving approval through their Supply Chain audits and internal reviews. See our Policies and Accreditations.

We are able to adapt effectively to each Main Contractor’s pre-enrolment/pre-register requirements which can often extend further to very project specific vetting.

We regularly achieve high audit scores from the Main Contractor Site Teams. We often appear at the top of their Supplier Leader Board.

We have built long-lasting working relationships with many of our Clients as their Sub-Contractor, and can be relied upon to liaise successfully with their Project Teams and deliver our services to the highest standard.
