We can successfully operate in buildings which are under the jurisdiction of strict preservation requirements. It is important to KpH Deconstruction that the structural integrity and treasured interior features of any building are retained and protected for our Clients. In these cases we employ specialist dismantling techniques and use innovative solutions for the protection of listed interiors.

KpH consider the needs and safety of the local community at every project site, and work hard to minimise disturbance or disruption to their activities. We were awarded the ‘Considerate Constructors Scheme Bronze Award’ in recognition of efforts to accommodate live businesses and liaise successfully with neighbours and tenants.

Depending on the nature of the building and surrounding areas, we can design and arrange for a 24 hour security system to be put in place. This can include various options such as the use of CCTV security cameras, hard wired or wireless intruder alarm systems with roving Security Patrol, or fully manned on site 24 hour security.
