7 Princes Street, London
In the capacity of Principal Contractor, KpH Deconstruction undertook this 12 week Strip Out and Enabling project at 7 Princes Street, working with Abakus Consulting on behalf of our client, Morgan Capital. Works entailed a full strip-out of 7 storeys plus ground, lower ground and basement level commercial office building including lifts and all M&E with the exception of some CCTV and power to the gates for the rear courtyard, retaining stair cores and fire lobbies.
The Hoo, Hampstead
In the capacity of Principal Contractor, KpH Deconstruction undertook this 7 week Strip Out and Enabling project at The Hoo in Hampstead, working alongside Gardiner and Theobald. Grade II listed building, The Hoo, is a large detached house in the Hampstead area of the London Borough of Camden. An early design in the Queen Anne style by the architect Horace Field, it was built 1888–90 and altered 1987–88.
