    Brief Description: Working as a Principal Contractor for Duchess Investments Holdings and cost consultancy firm, Equals Consulting, KpH Deconstruction undertook this 6 week Strip Out and Enabling project at 17 Portland Place in London.  17 Portland Place was built in 1770 and is an end of terrace, Grade II listed building requiring specialist strip out techniques and careful planning.

  • 338 Euston Road, London

    Brief Description: Working as the Principal Contractor alongside Stace, KpH Deconstruction completed a 6 week strip out and enabling contract over three floors (mainly Levels 3 and 4) of a 16 storey building, called Regents Place, at 338 Euston Road in London. We carried out these works for our client British Land.
