    Brief Description: KpH Deconstruction undertook this 21 week Strip Out & Enabling project as Principal Contractor at Exchange House, London, for the client, British Land, alongside Project Manager, Gardiner & Theobold. Exchange House, positioned at the head of Exchange Square, is one of 14 buildings in London's Broadgate development. It is located directly over British Rail train tracks that run north of the historic Liverpool Street Station.

  • National Portrait Galley – Phase 2

    Brief Description: In the capacity of Principal Contractor, KpH Deconstruction undertook this 10 week project on behalf of the National Portrait Gallery and working alongside Turner and Townsend and Gardiner & Theobold. The project was awarded following a successful OJEU procurement process where quality and delivery were scored in favour of cost.

  • 9 Devonshire Square, London

    Brief Description: Over a  total 14 week period, acting in the capacity of Principle Contractor, KpH Deconstruction carried out Strip Out and Enabling works at 9 Devonshire Square in London, working on behalf of our client Nuveen/WeWork. The building remained live throughout the duration of the refurbishment works, which took place on Levels 1, 2 and 5. Due to the building being occupied, noise monitoring was carried out and constant liaison with neighbours and security ensured smooth progression of works without incident.
