    In the capacity of Principal Contractor, KpH Deconstruction undertook this 12 week Strip Out and Enabling project at 7 Princes Street, working with Abakus Consulting on behalf of our client, Morgan Capital.

    Works entailed a full strip-out of 7 storeys plus ground, lower ground and basement level commercial office building including lifts and all M&E with the exception of some CCTV and power to the gates for the rear courtyard, retaining stair cores and fire lobbies.

  • The Hoo, Hampstead

    In the capacity of Principal Contractor, KpH Deconstruction undertook this 7 week Strip Out and Enabling project at The Hoo in Hampstead, working alongside Gardiner and Theobald.

    Grade II listed building, The Hoo, is a large detached house in the Hampstead area of the London Borough of Camden. An early design in the Queen Anne style by the architect Horace Field, it was built 1888–90 and altered 1987–88.

  • 3 Sheldon Square, London

    In the capacity of Principal Contractor, KpH Deconstruction undertook this 13 week Strip Out project at 3 Sheldon Square on behalf of British Land PLC and alongside Equals Consulting Ltd.

    The client commissioned full strip out works of 3 Sheldon Square prior to refurbishment which is a building comprising approximately 12,600 sqft of commercial office space spanning 9 upper floors, a lower ground floor, a changing room, rooftop, and parking facilities at basement level. In order to provide some betterment to the overall refurbishment programme KpH were engaged to undertake the strip out in advance on  lower ground, half of ground floor, 1st, 2nd 7th, ,8th and 9th floor.

  • One Golden Lane, London

    In the capacity of Principal Contractor, KpH Deconstruction undertook the soft strip and enabling works at One Golden Lane, working on behalf of CFP and in conjunction with Gardiner & Theobald.

    One Golden Lane is situated on an island site on the western side of Golden Lane, bounded by Brackley Street, Viscount Street, Cripplegate Street and Golden Lane directly to the north of the Barbican. The building is positioned in a thriving sub-market of London, a short walk from Barbican, Farringdon and Old Street Stations.
