National Portrait Galley – Phase 2
Brief Description: In the capacity of Principal Contractor, KpH Deconstruction undertook this 10 week project on behalf of the National Portrait Gallery and working alongside Turner and Townsend and Gardiner & Theobold. The project was awarded following a successful OJEU procurement process where quality and delivery were scored in favour of cost.

Brief Description: KpH undertook this 5 week Strip Out and Enabling project working alongside the client’s representative Linesight. The building was split over six floors and our strip out works were across Levels 5, 4, 3 and 2.

Building 9, Chiswick Park
Brief Description: KpH undertook this 8 week Strip Out and Enabling project for a key Client, Blackstone Property Management , acting in the capacity of Principal Contractor, working alongside the Contract Administrators Beadmans.

9 Devonshire Square, London
Brief Description: Over a total 14 week period, acting in the capacity of Principle Contractor, KpH Deconstruction carried out Strip Out and Enabling works at 9 Devonshire Square in London, working on behalf of our client Nuveen/WeWork. The building remained live throughout the duration of the refurbishment works, which took place on Levels 1, 2 and 5. Due to the building being occupied, noise monitoring was carried out and constant liaison with neighbours and security ensured smooth progression of works without incident.
