    In the capacity of Principal Contractor, KpH Deconstruction undertook this 12 week Strip Out and Enabling project at 7 Princes Street, working with Abakus Consulting on behalf of our client, Morgan Capital.

    Works entailed a full strip-out of 7 storeys plus ground, lower ground and basement level commercial office building including lifts and all M&E with the exception of some CCTV and power to the gates for the rear courtyard, retaining stair cores and fire lobbies.

    Brief Description:

    In the capacity of Principal Contractor, KpH Deconstruction undertook this 8week Strip Out and Enabling project at Stirling Square working on behalf of Greycoat Real Estate.

    Stirling Square, 5-7 Carlton Gardens, London was constructed and completed in the late 1990’s and consists of office and residential accommodation of approximately 110,000ft² arranged over basement, lower ground, ground and seven upper floors.

    Brief Description: KpH Deconstruction undertook this 21 week Strip Out & Enabling project as Principal Contractor at Exchange House, London, for the client, British Land, alongside Project Manager, Gardiner & Theobold. Exchange House, positioned at the head of Exchange Square, is one of 14 buildings in London's Broadgate development. It is located directly over British Rail train tracks that run north of the historic Liverpool Street Station.

    Brief Description:KpH undertook this 9 month Strip Out & Enabling project as Principal Contractor at 1 Knightsbridge, London, working with cost consultants Alinea Consulting and Project Managers Gardiner & Theobold. Set on the south side of Knightsbridge close to the junction with Hyde Park Corner, the site is prominently located opposite Hyde Park and between two high profile thoroughfares, Knightsbridge and Grosvenor Crescent.
