The Hoo, Hampstead
In the capacity of Principal Contractor, KpH Deconstruction undertook this 7 week Strip Out and Enabling project at The Hoo in Hampstead, working alongside Gardiner and Theobald.
Grade II listed building, The Hoo, is a large detached house in the Hampstead area of the London Borough of Camden. An early design in the Queen Anne style by the architect Horace Field, it was built 1888–90 and altered 1987–88.

1-5 London Wall – Phase 2
Acting in the capacity of Principal Contractor, KpH were engaged by Quantem Consulting, on behalf of our Client, Endurance Land, to undertake Phase 2 of 2 which consisted of an 17 week Sympathetic Strip Out and Enabling project at 1-5 London Wall Buildings; a Grade II listed property (built in 1901). The building is comprised of circa 209,307 ft² of office, A1, A3 and ancillary accommodation arranged over basement, lower ground, ground and eight upper floors.

Brief Description: In the capacity of Principal Contractor, KpH Deconstruction undertook this Strip Out, Enabling and Asbestos Removal project at Premier House on behalf of Victoria Spaces UK Ltd and working alongside Quantem Consulting and Meridian Project Management.

Medicines Gallery, Science Museum
Brief Description: Working alongside the Principle Contractor, Paragon, KpH undertook this Sympathetic Strip Out and Enabling Project within the stunning backdrop of The Science Museum. The works were carried out within the Medicine Gallery on Level 1 and included opening up works to facilitate the installation of the new Pendulum Lift.
