    In the capacity of Principal Contractor, KpH Deconstruction undertook this 12 week Strip Out and Enabling project at 7 Princes Street, working with Abakus Consulting on behalf of our client, Morgan Capital.

    Works entailed a full strip-out of 7 storeys plus ground, lower ground and basement level commercial office building including lifts and all M&E with the exception of some CCTV and power to the gates for the rear courtyard, retaining stair cores and fire lobbies.

  • Medicines Gallery, Science Museum

    Brief Description:  Working alongside the Principle Contractor, Paragon, KpH undertook this Sympathetic Strip Out and Enabling Project within the stunning backdrop of The Science Museum.  The works were carried out within the Medicine Gallery on Level 1 and included opening up works to facilitate the installation of the new Pendulum Lift.
