Project:	Rivers Office Park, Rickmansworth – Phase 1

Brief Description

Working on behalf of Interior Motives, KpH undertook Phase 1 of these works to enable the follow on fit-out by our client Interior Motives. The project involved the complete strip out of the building including craneage of roof top plant.

Undertaken in Building 3 of The Rivers Office Park, our works involved the:

• Strip Out and removal of all partitions, screens, suspended ceilings and storagewall units.
• Strip Out and removal of all floor finishes throughout.
• Following isolation by M & E Contractors, removal of all services to all areas.
• Removal of M & E equipment from the plant areas including AHU’s, Water Tanks and associated treatment equipment.

Suitable craneage was utilised to dispose of all Roof Top Plant (see pictures to the left) The remainder of Soft Strip Waste throughout the building was handballed out due to the lifts not being operational.

All works were completed to programme and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
