Brief Description
Acting as Principal Contractor the project comprised of the complete Strip Out back to core of a circa 260,000 sqft warehouse/distribution unit in Brimsdown, Enfield.
Undertaken within a programme of 14 weeks our scope of works comprised of:
- The Strip Out of all internal equipment within the 3no chambers of the warehouse including mezzanine floors, racking systems, garment hanging, IT Systems, storage and distribution systems, associated lifts and conveyors, vehicle loading booms, all lighting and sprinklers, fire alarm, heating, power, comms, PA and other associated equipment.
- Works were also undertaken to ensure that retained systems were left in working order, that we removed all free standing offices and other cellular structures from within the warehouse chambers.
- Comprehensive logistics, supervisory and health and safety plans have been adhered to at all times to accommodate the volume of operatives across a vast site such as this. No reportable incidents were recorded and the project was completed on programme.
