Brief Description
KpH undertook this 7 week Strip Out and Enabling project at Citibank, Canary Wharf (a busy location surrounded by live buildings and high profile Organisations), for Principal Contractor, ISG.
The works involved the full Strip Out back to core of the Toilets on each floor (12 floors in total). This was completed in a phased approach so that each toilet block was fitted out before the next toilet was stripped, thereby minimising the impact to businesses working within the building.
Neighbouring floors to the works were occupied throughout the project, therefore works were undertaken during night shifts and over the weekend to avoid any service disruption and ensure the building was returned fully functioning before normal office hours resumed. It was essential that the Site was kept clean and that dust was kept to a minimum, which was achieved with our dust suppression systems.
Deliveries and collections had to be arranged 48 hours in advance so careful planning was required in order to meet the requirements of the tight timescales.
KpH completed the project to a high standard and within the given deadlines.
