Brief Description

KpH undertook this 3 week Strip Out and Enabling works to the second floor at 25 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, for Lund Roberts.

KpH were required to mobilise a Banksman to manage the movement of pedestrians and waste disposal safely on and off the Site. Careful planning and liaison was therefore required with the Building Management Team and our Client, Lund Roberts, to co-ordinate the works.

Neighbouring floors to the works were occupied, therefore thorough consideration was given to the reduction of noise to mitigate any potential disruption in that regard. Works were undertaken out of hours, over a weekend period, to avoid any services disruption and ensure the building was returned fully functioning before normal office hours resumed. Strict security checks of all personnel were completed in advance of the works due to the sensitive nature of the building.

KpH completed the project to a high standard and within the given deadlines.

Scope of Works

The following was stripped out and removed from the site to the appropriate waste recycling centres:

  • Data Cabinets;
  • Containment;
  • Plasterboard Walls;
  • Lighting.
