KpH Deconstruction operates strip out and enabling services in various market sectors across London and the South of England. We have the capabilities and experience to strip out structures back to core to facilitate the ongoing design and follow-on Construction works.

It is important to KpH Deconstruction that the structural integrity and interior features of any building are retained and protected for our Clients throughout, and we place heavy emphasis on ensuring that expectations are agreed and met through effective benchmarking at the start of the project. A collaborative approach is encouraged with the Design Team, to use their vision and our industry expertise to give our mutual client an exceptional service.

Logistics

With the majority of our strip out and enabling projects in the heart of London, we understand and effectively manage the many logistical constraints that so often accompany these works; providing our clients with commercially viable, innovative solutions.

Maintaining Live M&E Services

Through careful planning and the use of innovative access techniques, KpH make sure that power to key utilities and services remain live throughout each strip out and enabling project (as required), to ensure that neighbouring concessions and businesses can continue to operate unimpeded.

Working with the Community

KpH consider the needs and safety of the local community at every project site, and work hard to minimise disturbance or disruption to their activities. We were awarded the ‘Considerate Constructors Scheme Bronze Award’ in recognition of efforts to accommodate live businesses and liaise successfully with neighbours and tenants.
